The latest diet and discussed emerging Intermittent Fasting is 5:2. Some people call it the 5:2 diet, and some are just named Fast Diet. Is Mimi Spencer, a British journalist Michael Mosley's colleagues,

main idea of this concept is a five-day dining with normal caloric
intake (1800 - 2000 calories per day) and two more day of fasting, or
