Fat is considered a major cause of obesity and overweight. Not a few people who when they hear the word 'fat' to foods, feel 'fear' and considered a threat to the body shape.Not a few people who try to reduce the fat even consumed exhausted from the daily menu. Though fat is not something that is not useful, but the nutrients your body needs for the smooth organs in carrying out its functions.

Unsaturated be contained  fat in fish, fisheries such as salmon, tuna, mackerel and soy.Either monounsaturated fat or double has similar functions to maintain good health. Unsaturated fats are saturated fats to function dislodge attached to the arteries, preventing heart disease, the raw material in the production of hormones in the body and increase good cholesterol.

The third type of saturated fat. Many argue that saturated fat is not healthy and should not be consumed. But in fact saturated fats also have an important role in the body. It's just that their consumption should be very limited, about 8 percent of the total calorie intake per day, or a maximum of two tablespoons.Saturated fats are useful as a source of energy providers, especially when heavy activity. Without fat, the body will be limp and unable to move to the optimum. You can get saturated fat from butter, milk and coconut oil.
