Each person must have their own habits in daily activities. Habits are formed due to an activity that is done continuously so that someone would be hollow if not do it. Many habits are carried out by someone there that it makes you healthy habits but also actually makes a lot of habits that your health is threatened. One habit that can cause your weight go up when you are doing a diet, you should try to change it. Because if you do not change the habit, then it could be increasing your weight without you even knowing.

The following 7 daily habits that can make you become fat:
 
1 . Lack of sleep 
Note the hours you sleep , sleep deprivation can make fat , you know. According to the study , lack of sleep slows your metabolism around 5-20 percent . Thus changing levels of hormones that regulate hunger and will make you hungry all day . Without realizing it will make you eat more .

2 . Eating in the car 

We have had many a restaurant that makes it easy so you can buy food without getting off of the car . With so be sure you will order food regardless of the number of calories . This habit will make you eat more than usual at a time . If indeed you are planning to travel long distances , provide healthier food in the car and a bottle of drinking water in order to overcome hunger without overeating .

3 . Eating in front of TV 

When eating , you should use a dining table and a focus on food . Eating in front of the TV without realizing it will make you eat faster . The brain needs time to ' communicate ' when you 're full . If you are distracted by TV , then you do not recognize these signals and will continue to eat .

4 . Eat the same food every day 

Make a variety of healthy foods per week . If you only eat the same foods , such as certain vegetables continuously every day , it is not possible on a weekend you will do ' revenge ' and eating unhealthy foods blindly .

5 . Tend to follow a friend
