Cause Excessive Appetite

Diet while keeping weight to remain stable , excessive appetite would be very disturbing . So what exactly causes there are certain moments where you feel more hungry and to eat more servings ?Recent studies found that not only the amount of time you spend in bed can affect appetite , but the quality of sleep that you spend in bed during the .To prove this , the researchers conducted two separate experiments . First , they analyzed the sleep patterns and eating habits of 184 female students . Found a very strong relationship between poor sleep and appetite . Women who have trouble sleeping or waking often during the night tend to be more hungry and eat more food in the morning .In the second experiment , the researchers analyzed the sleeping habits of 66 other female students . This time the researchers also provide snacks like cake , cheese , chocolate , jelly beans , and chips . As a result, those who slept less than 7 hours the previous night to eat a snack reported that the number of servings at most.Based on the results of this study , researchers concluded that stress affects the appetite . Either lack of sleep or poor quality sleep in can make you become stressed , in turn increases the appetite and make you unconsciously eat more than usual .Stress can be caused by sleep patterns . Guys need to understand that quality sleep greatly affects their physical and emotional health.
