Practical Ways to Lose Weight

Many people have problems with excess weight . To lower it , experts recommend a diet increase the consumption of vegetables . If you do not like to eat vegetables , follow these practical ways .

Solution for you who do not like vegetables but want to lose weight .

1 . Drink plenty of water or fresh juice 

The main purpose is to consume vegetables provide nutrients to the body without receiving a lot of calories . Mineral water , fresh juices , and other beverages or foods low in fat but rich in vitamins and nutrients can replace vegetables with ease .

2 . Replace vegetables with fruits
 
Vegetables are an important source of fiber for the body to function normally . If you do not like to eat vegetables because it tastes bland or bitter , try to consume a lot of sugary or acidic fruit on a regular basis . The fruit is a source of vegetable fibers which provide nutrients , vitamins , and make full longer if digested slowly .

3 . Add low-fat meats to vegetables 

Some people can eat vegetables like carrots , onions , tomatoes , red peppers , cabbage , cucumber , etc. in large quantities if there is meat in the dish . Try a combination of vegetable and meat dish of chicken or beef low fat eating vegetables for your convenience .Replace half portions of meat with vegetables would be easier and healthy than eating meat immediately stopped and started eating only vegan food .

4 . Consumption of whole grains 

Whole grains ( whole grain ) such as brown rice , oats , or whole grains such as vegetables nutritious but contain less fiber . Add them as a regular part of your diet will cut spending on food as well as improve mood and health significantly.

5 . Stop eating fast food

 There have been many studies show a link between fast food overweight . Own cooking with ingredients that is guaranteed is much longer , but it's better for your health in the long run .
