Consider Eating Larger Portions, Help Your Diet Program

A study revealed that a person's memory for all kinds of foods they eat have an important role in eliminating appetite.
The study also shows that the size of the hunger that we experience is not merely the product of a lot or type of food we eat, but there are psychological factors that appear dominant and affect appetite. So what happens is when you experience interference or distraction while eating, it will feel more hungry afterwards.

So if you interrupt someone when eating then they will have a worse memory on the food, including the habit of doing the opposite of continue to increase the portion of food.
